2025年12月10日〜12日、Robo Co-opは Global Impact Sourcing Consortium（GISC） の一員として、JAPAN IMPACT ECONOMY EXPO に参加しました。 

私たちは、単に登壇や出展を行うためではなく、社会的インパクトとデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）が、実際のビジネスや現場においてどのように共存し、機能し得るのかを具体的に示すことを目的として、この場に臨みました。 

◆人とテクノロジーを切り離さないDX 

Robo Co-opでは、テクノロジーだけ、あるいは人だけを切り離して考えることはありません。 
人とテクノロジーの両方をエンパワーする仕組みを設計することが、私たちの出発点です。 

私たちは、シングルマザーや難民の方々や社会的に不利な立場にある人々に対し、 リモートワークや持続可能なキャリアにつながる実践的なデジタルスキルを提供しています。 
そして、その人材を AI、オートメーション、テスト自動化、QA、DX推進、デジタルオペレーション といった、実際のビジネスニーズと結びつけています。 

◆Robo Co-opの取り組み 

▫インクルーシブなデジタルスキルトレーニング 
Robo Co-opでは、世界的に需要の高いオートメーションやAI関連スキルを中心に、構造化された学習プログラムを提供しています。 
Global Gateway Program を通じて、最短3か月で実務に直結するスキルを習得できる点が特徴です。 
抽象的な教育ではなく、実践重視のハンズオン型トレーニングにより、具体的な仕事の機会へとつなげています。 

▫コミュニティベースのグループ学習 
参加者は少人数のグループで学び合い、スキルだけでなく、信頼関係や社会的つながり（ソーシャルキャピタル）を育んでいきます。 
トレーニング修了後には、自らがトレーナーとなり知識を次世代へ共有することも可能で、コミュニティは内側から持続的に成長していきます。 

▫企業とのリモートプロジェクト参画 
育成されたコミュニティメンバーは、DXプロジェクト、オートメーション導入、QA・テスト自動化などのデジタル業務にリモートで参画します。 
企業にとってはスケーラブルで信頼性の高い人材確保を、個人にとっては実質的なキャリア機会を生み出しています。 

▫Pay-It-Forward型奨学制度とインパクトソーシングモデル 
Career Impact Bond や Digital Impact Sourcing といった仕組みにより、学習者の参入障壁を下げながら、 企業が持続可能な形で多様な人材と協働できる環境を整えています。 
また、地域や国境を越えた人材活用も可能です。 

◆EXPOを通じて得た確信 

今回のEXPOを通じて改めて実感したのは、テクノロジーの本質的な価値は自動化そのものではなく、機会への障壁を取り除き、人の可能性を広げ、より包摂的な未来を築くことにあるという点です。 

多くの対話や問い、そしてこれから共に取り組むパートナーとの出会いから、大きなエネルギーを得ることができました。

— Demonstrating How Social Impact and DX Can Work Together — 

From December 10 to 12, 2025, Robo Co-op participated in the JAPAN IMPACT ECONOMY EXPO as a member of the Global Impact Sourcing Consortium (GISC). 

Our purpose in joining the EXPO went beyond speaking or exhibiting. 
We were there to demonstrate, in practical terms, how social impact and digital transformation (DX) can coexist and function together in real business contexts. 

◆Designing DX That Does Not Separate People and Technology 

At Robo Co-op, we do not view technology and people as separate. 
Our starting point is to design systems that empower both human potential and technological capability. 

We provide single mothers, refugees, and individuals facing social and economic barriers with practical digital skills that lead to remote work and sustainable careers. 
These talents are then connected to real business needs, including AI, automation, test automation, QA, DX initiatives, and digital operations. 

◆How Robo Co-op Makes This Possible 

▫Inclusive Digital Skills Training 
Robo Co-op offers structured learning programs focused on globally in-demand skills, particularly in automation and AI. 
Through our Global Gateway Program, participants can acquire job-ready skills in as little as three months.
