このたび、一般社団法人Cultural Diversity推進協会が実施する「Cultural Diversity Index（CDI）」において、Robo Co-opはゴールド認証を受けました。 
昨年のシルバー認証に続く今回のゴールド受賞は、私たちが掲げる「多様性を力に変える」取り組みが、さらに評価された結果です。 

■ Cultural Diversity Index（CDI）とは 

CDI認証は、外国人材や難民背景を持つ方々が、日本人と共に安心して働き、学び、活躍できる職場づくりを推進するための制度です。 
2025年度は全国22団体が認証を受け、そのうちゴールドランクはわずか8団体のみが選出されました。 
Robo Co-opがその一つに選ばれたことを、心より誇りに思います。 

■ 多様性 × デジタルで広がる可能性 

Robo Co-opでは、自動化技術やAIを通じて、シングルマザー、難民、留学生など多様な背景を持つ人々が、それぞれの強みを発揮できる社会を目指しています。 
「テクノロジーと人の協働」を軸に、誰もが自分らしく働ける環境を整え、デジタルを通じた包摂的な社会の実現に取り組んでいます。 

■ これからも、多様性を力に 

今回の受賞は、メンバー一人ひとり、そして私たちを支えてくださるパートナーの皆さまのおかげです。 
今後も「共に学び、共に創る」精神を大切に、文化や言語の壁を越えて協働の輪を広げてまいります。

We are proud to announce that Robo Co-op has received the Gold Certification in the Cultural Diversity Index (CDI), organized by the Cultural Diversity Promotion Association. 
Following last year’s Silver Certification, this year’s Gold recognition marks a significant milestone — a testament to our continued efforts to turn diversity into strength. 

■ What is the Cultural Diversity Index (CDI)? 

The CDI is a certification system that evaluates and promotes organizations fostering environments where people with diverse backgrounds — including foreign nationals and refugees — can work, learn, and thrive alongside Japanese colleagues with confidence and mutual respect. 
In 2025, 22 organizations were certified nationwide, and only 8 achieved Gold status. We are truly honored to be among them. 

■ Expanding Possibilities Through Diversity × Digital 

At Robo Co-op, we strive to create a society where individuals — such as single mothers, refugees, and international students — can fully utilize their strengths through automation and AI technologies. 
With a focus on collaboration between people and technology, we are committed to building an inclusive society empowered by digital innovation.
