Robo Co-opはスペイン・ビルバオを訪問し、モンドラゴン大学、モンドラゴン協同組合、Yaran財団、政府関係者、そして現地パートナーとお会いする機会をいただきました。 
モンドラゴンは世界最大級の労働者協同組合であり、私たちの活動の大きなインスピレーションとなっています。
Robo Co-op は、21世紀に適した協同組合モデル――すなわち「デジタルで分散型のモンドラゴン」を切り拓いています。
難民や避難民の人材が未来の働き方を形づくることを可能にする取り組みです。 

今回のキャラバンでは、デジタル労働のモビリティが、難民包摂の新しい補完的な道となり得ることを探りました。 

• ・リスキリングとリモートワーク：南米・中米（例：ベネズエラ、コロンビア ― IBM、AWS、アクセンチュアの拠点がすでにある）における難民のテック人材育成。 

• ・スペインへのモビリティ：スペイン語スキルを活かして、ヨーロッパへの道を開く。 

• ・AI × 協同組合起業：難民が地域・世界の社会課題に取り組む AI スタートアップや協同組合を立ち上げる支援。 

• ・就労機会：ITフリーランスから、Robo Co-op への参画、スペイン企業やモンドラゴンのエコシステムへの統合まで。 

この実現のため、私たちは「恩送り」を基盤とした資金循環を設計しています。 

• ・自治体や政府による研修支援。 

• ・グローバルのインパクトファンドによる包括的支援。難民自身が活躍することで「恩送り」していく仕組み。 

これは単なる「雇用」ではありません。
連帯とイノベーション、そして次世代の協同主義の構築です。
難民が「参加者」であるだけでなく、「開拓者」となるシステムを築いていくことです。 

ビルバオを後にする私たちは、多くのチェンジメーカーの情熱と善意に深く感化されました。
私たちは、パイロットを通じてテクノロジー・協同主義・人間のレジリエンスが響き合う未来を世界に示すことを目指しています。

Robo Co-op had the privilege of traveling to Bilbao, Spain, to meet with Mondragón University, Mondragón Co-op, Yaran Foundation, government stakeholders, and local partners.  

Mondragón is one of the largest worker cooperatives in the world — and an inspiration for our work.
At Robo Co-op, we are pioneering the digital, distributed version of Mondragón: a cooperative model built for the 21st century, empowering refugees and displaced talent to shape the future of work.  

With our caravan, we explored how digital labor mobility can become a new complementary pathway for refugee inclusion:  
・Reskilling & Remote Work: Training refugee tech talent in South & Central America (e.g. Venezuela, Colombia — already hubs for IBM, AWS, Accenture). 
・Mobility to Spain: Leveraging Spanish language skills to create pathways into Europe.  
・AI + Co-op Entrepreneurship: Supporting refugees to launch AI-powered startups and cooperatives addressing local and global social challenges.  
・Work Opportunities: From IT freelancing, to joining Robo Co-op, to integrating into Spanish companies and Mondragón’s ecosystem.

To make this possible, we are designing a funding cycle based on the principle of “paying it forward.”:  
・Training supported by municipalities/governments.  
・Wrap-around support funded through impact funds (global), with refugees paying it forward as they thrive.  

This isn’t just about jobs. It’s about solidarity, innovation, and the next generation of corporatism — building systems where refugees are pioneers, not just participants.  

We left Bilbao inspired by the passion and goodwill of so many changemakers. We aim to show the world, through a pilot, a future where technology, cooperativism, and human resilience resonate together.
