2026年7月2日に開催された「Welcome Japan Summit 2026」の基調パネル③「業務委託でできる社会貢献:難民とグローバルに広げるHuman in the loop 24/7」に、国内外に幅広い事業基盤を持つ総合物流企業のご担当者様が登壇されました。 

ご登壇者様が所属する、業務改革・効率化を推進する部署では、働きやすくコミュニケーションの活発な組織文化の醸成と、ローコード・ノーコードツールを活用した全社的な業務改革・効率化に取り組んでいらっしゃいます。 

パネルでは、同社とRobo Co-opの協働についてもご紹介いただきました。 

両者の連携は、ご担当者様がRobo Co-op創設者兼CEOの金 辰泰の講演を聞き、そのビジョンに共感してくださったことをきっかけに始まりました。 

現在、Robo Co-opのメンバー2名（日本のシングルマザーメンバーと難民メンバー）が同部署に参画し、現場の皆さまと協働しながら、ローコード・ノーコードツールを用いた業務の自動化や改善を推進しています。協働開始から約1年半が経過し、その専門性や開発スピードについて高い評価をいただいています。 

異なる背景を持つ人材が、企業の現場に入り、チームの一員として具体的な業務課題の解決に貢献すること。それは、就労機会を生み出すだけでなく、企業のDXや生産性向上にもつながるインパクトソーシングの実践です。 

Robo Co-opは今後も、パートナー企業との協働を通じて、多様な人材の専門性が正当に評価され、企業と働く人の双方に持続的な価値が生まれる仕組みづくりに取り組んでまいります。

During Keynote Panel III at the Welcome Japan Summit 2026, held on July 2, 2026, a representative from a major logistics company with extensive operations in Japan and overseas took the stage for a session titled “Creating Social Impact through Outsourcing: Expanding Human-in-the-Loop 24/7 with Refugee Talent Worldwide.” 

The representative’s team leads company-wide business transformation and operational improvement. Its work includes fostering an open, supportive, and communicative workplace culture while promoting process improvement through low-code and no-code tools. 

During the panel, the representative also shared the story of the company’s collaboration with Robo Co-op. 

The partnership began after the representative attended a presentation by Jintae Kim, Founder and CEO of Robo Co-op, and was inspired by his vision. 

Today, two Robo Co-op professionals(One single mother member in Japan and one refugee member) work as integrated members of the team, collaborating closely with internal colleagues to automate and improve business processes using low-code and no-code tools. Around a year and a half into the partnership, their expertise and the speed at which they develop solutions have received high praise. 

This collaboration demonstrates impact sourcing in practice. By bringing professionals from diverse backgrounds into corporate teams and enabling them to contribute directly to real operational challenges, companies can create meaningful employment opportunities while also advancing digital transformation and productivity. 

Robo Co-op will continue working with partner companies to create environments where diverse professionals can apply their expertise, contribute to meaningful business challenges, and generate sustainable value for both companies and individuals.
