Robo Co-op、2026–2028年任期のUNHCR諮問委員会に選出！ Ι Robo Co-op Selected to Join UNHCR’s Advisory Board for 2026–2028 !

Robo Co-opは、国連難民高等弁務官事務所（UNHCR）の「強制移動を余儀なくされた人々および無国籍者が主導する団体によるグローバル諮問委員会（Advisory Board of Organizations Led by Forcibly Displaced and Stateless Persons） 」の2026–2028年任期メンバーに選出されたことを、お知らせいたします。
本諮問委員会は、世界各地で強制的に移動を余儀なくされた人々や無国籍者が主導する組織が一堂に会し、知見を共有しながらUNHCRの活動に貢献するための場です。
委員会メンバーは、それぞれのコミュニティの声や経験を届け、UNHCRの政策・プログラム・組織的優先事項の策定に対して戦略的な助言を行います。
当事者の経験を中心に据えることで、自らの生活・権利・コミュニティに影響を及ぼす意思決定への実質的な参加を推進しています。
今回の選出は、難民のリーダーシップ、コミュニティのエンパワーメント、経済的・デジタル面での包摂、そして強制移動・無国籍状態にある人々の権利の推進に取り組んできたRobo Co-opの活動が評価されたものです。
Robo Co-opは2021年に日本で設立された一般社団法人で、難民や強制移動を経験した人々がデジタルスキルの研修と合法的な収入を得るための就労機会にアクセスできるよう支援することで、デジタル格差の解消に取り組んでいます。
仲間同士で学び合うピアベースの研修モデルとインパクトソーシングの手法を通じて、正規の学歴や従来の教育制度へのアクセスが困難な方でも参加しやすい環境を整えています。
デジタルスキルの習得・有償プロジェクトへの参加・協同運営を組み合わせることで、実証可能な実務経験の蓄積、グローバルなデジタル経済への参加、そして持続可能な生計の確立を支援しています。
これまでに、アフガニスタン、コンゴ民主共和国、ガザ、インド、ミャンマー、シリアなど各国出身の100名以上がRobo Labの研修・支援プログラムを利用し、そのうち約30名がRobo Labを通じた有償業務に従事しています。
また、Robo Co-opは参加者が正規の就労ビザなどの雇用に基づく在留資格を取得する支援も行っています。
私たちは、この重要な国際的プラットフォームに貢献できることを光栄に思うとともに、諮問委員会の他のメンバーおよびUNHCRと緊密に連携し、強制移動・無国籍状態にある人々のための包摂的で、説明責任を果たし、コミュニティを中心に据えた解決策の推進に取り組んでまいります。

Robo Co-op is honored to announce that it has been selected as a member of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Advisory Board of Organizations Led by Forcibly Displaced and Stateless Persons for the 2026–2028 term.
The Advisory Board provides a dedicated space for organizations led by forcibly displaced and stateless people from across the globe to come together, exchange perspectives, and help shape UNHCR’s work. Its members offer strategic guidance, bring forward the priorities and experiences of their communities, and inform the design of UNHCR policies, programs, and institutional priorities. By centering lived experience, the Board advances meaningful participation and supports the active involvement of affected people in decisions that impact their lives, rights, and communities.
This milestone reflects Robo Co-op’s continued commitment to advance refugee leadership, community empowerment, economic and digital inclusion, and the rights of forcibly displaced and stateless persons.
Founded in 2021 and based in Japan, Robo Co-op bridges the digital divide by enabling refugees and displaced people to access digital training and pathways to lawful, income-generating employment. Robo Co-op's peer-based training model, and impact sourcing approach reduces barriers to entry for participants who may lack formal credentials or access to traditional education systems. By combining digital skills development with paid project work and cooperative governance, the model helps displaced populations build verified work experience, participate in the global digital economy, and create sustainable livelihoods.
To date, more than 100 individuals from countries including Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gaza, India, Myanmar, and Syria have accessed Robo Lab’s training and support programmes. Around 30 participants have moved into paid roles through opportunities supported by Robo Lab. Robo Co-op has also helped participants access formal employment-based pathways.
We are honored to contribute to this important global platform and look forward to working closely with fellow Advisory Board members and UNHCR to advance inclusive, accountable, and community-centered solutions for forcibly displaced and stateless persons around the world.
