島根県とRobo Co-opは、「令和8年度 デジタル人材育成研修」の受講生を募集しています。 

本研修は、島根県在住の方を対象とした、約6か月間の無料オンラインプログラムです。 

AIやITの基礎から、文章作成、資料作成、情報整理、業務自動化などの実践的なスキルを学び、後半には有償OJTを通じて、実際の業務に取り組みます。 

AIやITの経験は問いません。 

パソコンの基本操作ができ、新しいスキルや働き方に関心のある方であれば、島根県在住のどなたでもご応募いただけます。 

◆研修プログラムについて 

前半の約3か月間は、AIやIT、在宅業務に必要な基礎スキルをオンラインで学びます。 

後半の約3か月間は、有償OJTとして実際の業務に携わりながら、学んだスキルを実践し、仕事につながる経験を積みます。 

研修修了後も、仕事のマッチングやコミュニティへの参加など、継続的なサポートを予定しています。

Shimane Prefecture and Robo Co-op are now accepting applications for the FY2026 Digital Talent Development Program. 

This is a free, fully online program lasting approximately six months and open to residents of Shimane Prefecture. 

Participants will learn practical skills ranging from the fundamentals of AI and IT to AI-assisted writing, presentation creation, information organization, and workflow automation. During the second half of the program, participants will apply what they have learned through paid on-the-job training and gain experience working on real assignments. 

No previous experience in AI or IT is required. 

Anyone currently living in Shimane Prefecture who has basic computer skills and is interested in developing new skills or exploring new ways of working is welcome to apply. 

◆About the Program 

During the first three months, participants will learn the foundational AI, IT, and remote-work skills needed in today’s workplace through online training. 

During the following three months, participants will take part in paid on-the-job training, where they will apply their newly acquired skills to real work and gain practical experience. 

After completing the program, participants will continue to receive support, including opportunities for job matching and access to the Robo Co-op community.
