Robo Co-op is proud to announce the launch of Co-op Lab, a groundbreaking entrepreneurship support program, timed to World Refugee Day on June 20. 

◆What is Co-op Lab? 

Co-op Lab is an unprecedented cooperative incubation program where refugees become founders of digital startups in just 4 weeks, powered by AI agents operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

It's a fundamental departure from conventional reskilling programs. Rather than training people to work for someone else, Co-op Lab empowers participants to become business owners from day one.

◆How It Works 

▫ Launch 3 startups on day one 
Participants form cohorts of 5 and create a cooperative group on Discord. Each member is supported by 5 dedicated AI executive agents (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CMO) and launches 3 digital businesses immediately. 

▫ Monetize with an AI-native business playbook 
Drawing on business models tailored to each participant's language, region, and skills — native-language tutoring, AI translation agencies, AI video editing, Kindle publishing, cross-border e-commerce, and more — participants target monthly earnings of $50–$3,000. 

▫ Build real development skills with Claude Code 
While running their businesses, members learn to manage and improve AI agents using Claude Code through Robo Builder, an open-source development standard — gaining practical engineering skills alongside entrepreneurial ones. 

◆Two Clear Exit Paths 

1. 1. Small Business Owner — Generate $50–$3,000/month in recurring income from the 3 digital businesses you build 

1. 2. AI Freelancer — Leverage your Claude Code skills to work as a freelancer earning $20–$100/hour 

◆Why This Program Matters Now 

More than 120 million people are currently displaced worldwide (UNHCR, 2024), with projections suggesting that number could exceed 1.2 billion by 2050. Meanwhile, AI adoption rates in the Global North are nearly twice those of the Global South (Microsoft AI Economy Institute, 2026). 

The problem isn't a lack of talent — it's a lack of opportunity. 

Co-op Lab breaks down social and institutional barriers, giving refugees the tools and support to turn their abilities into income through the power of technology and solidarity. 

◆First Cohort: Armenia Summer 2026 

Starting June 2026, Robo Co-op will run its first Co-op Lab cohort in Armenia. Up to 200 refugees will participate over 3 months, laying the foundation for a globally scalable model.

◆Start with a Free Online Class 

On June 20 (World Refugee Day), Founder & CEO Jin Tae Kim will host a free AI online class, launching Startup Robos with refugees around the world.

Robo Co-opは、6月20日の世界難民の日にあわせ、革新的な起業支援プログラム「Co-op Lab」の立ち上げを発表しました。 

◆Co-op Labとは？  

Co-op Labは、24時間365日稼働するAIエージェントの力を借りて、難民がわずか4週間でデジタルスタートアップの創業者となることを目指す、前例のない協同組合型インキュベーションプログラムです。 

従来のリスキリングプログラムとは一線を画します。Co-op Labは「誰かのために働く人材」を育てるのではなく、参加者自身がビジネスオーナーになることを初日から目指します。 

◆プログラムの仕組み 

▫初日から3つのスタートアップを立ち上げる 

参加者は5人1組のコホートを組み、Discord上で協同組合グループを結成。1人あたり5体のAIエグゼクティブエージェント（CEO・CFO・COO・CTO・CMO）のサポートを受けながら、即日3つのデジタルビジネスを立ち上げます。 

▫AIネイティブなビジネスプレイブックで収益化 

母国語チュータリング、AI翻訳代理店、AI動画編集、Kindle出版、越境ECなど、言語・地域・スキルに合わせたビジネスモデルで、月収50〜3,000ドルを目指します。 

▫Claude Codeで実践的な開発スキルも習得 

ビジネスを運営しながら、オープンソースの開発標準「Robo Builder」を通じてClaude Codeを習得。AIフリーランサーとして時給20〜100ドルで活躍する道も開きます。 

◆2つの出口戦略 

1. 1. スモールビジネスオーナー：育てた3つのデジタルビジネスから、月50〜3,000ドルの継続収入を得るオーナーへ 

1. 2. AIフリーランサー：Claude Codeの習熟を活かし、時給20〜100ドルで働くフリーランサーへ 

◆なぜ今、このプログラムが必要なのか 

現在、世界中で1億2,000万人以上が避難を余儀なくされており（UNHCR, 2024）、2050年までにその数は12億人を超えるという試算もあります。一方、グローバルノースのAI導入率はグローバルサウスの約2倍にのぼります（Microsoft AI Economy Institute, 2026）。 

才能が不足しているのではなく、機会が不足しているのです。 

Co-op Labは、社会的・制度的な壁を乗り越え、難民が自らの能力を収入につなげられる仕組みを、テクノロジーと連帯の力で実現します。 

◆最初のコホート：アルメニア2026夏期プログラム
