Robo Co-opのメンバーであるSuzanとDimは、1月30日にオンラインで開催されたJ-FUN（日本 UNHCR・NGO評議会）の会合に参加しました。J-FUNは、難民保護と人道支援に従事する団体が自由に参加できる開かれた全国レベルのフォーラムとして2006年に設立され、30団体以上が参加しています。 

同会合では、昨年12月に実施されたグローバル難民フォーラム進捗レビュー（Global Refugee Forum Progress Review：GRF-PR）に関する報告・振り返りセッションが行われ、SuzanとDimはRobo Co-opの経験を共有しました。

セッションでは、GRF-PRを通じて見られたプロジェクト単位の支援から、スキル、法的アクセス、金融・デジタルインフラを含むシステム構築への転換や、難民が「支援の受け手」にとどまらず、知見と実践を持つ担い手として参画することの重要性について紹介しました。 
また、Robo Co-opが取り組む難民主導の経済的包摂モデルや、日本企業との協業、海外パートナーとの連携についても共有しました。 

また、難民当事者としての国際会合の参加経験を踏まえ、「意味のある参加（Meaningful Refugee Participation）」は、単に発言の機会を設けるだけでなく、声が確実に届き、尊重される場の設計が不可欠であることが強調されました。 

今回の振り返りを通じて、コミュニティとして共に前進していくために、協働の重要性、継続的な改善、そして知識共有の価値が改めて強調されました。 

貴重な交流の機会をいただいたJ-FUNの皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。Robo Co-opは、今後もこのような知見共有の対話を継続し、さらなる連携を進めていきます。 

Suzan and Dim, members of Robo Co-op, participated in an online meeting of J-FUN (Japan Association for UNHCR and NGOs) held on January 30. Established in 2006, J-FUN is an open, nationwide forum that brings together organizations engaged in refugee protection and humanitarian assistance, with participation from more than 30 organizations. 

The meeting featured a reporting and reflection session on the Global Refugee Forum Progress Review (GRF-PR) conducted in December last year, during which Suzan and Dim shared Robo Co-op’s experiences. 

During the session, they highlighted key shifts observed through the GRF-PR—from project-based support toward system-building approaches that encompass skills development, legal access, and financial and digital infrastructure. They also emphasized the importance of refugees’ participation not merely as recipients of assistance, but as active actors who contribute knowledge and practical expertise. In addition, they shared insights into Robo Co-op’s refugee-led model of economic inclusion, its collaborations with Japanese companies, and its partnerships with overseas organizations. 

Drawing on their experiences participating in international forums as refugees themselves, they underscored that “Meaningful Refugee Participation” requires more than simply providing opportunities to speak; it demands intentional spaces and mechanisms that ensure voices are genuinely heard and respected. 

Through this reflection, the importance of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing was reaffirmed as essential for moving forward together as a community.
